Group Planning & Deposit Policy
To provide the highest level of service and dedicated planning for multi-cabin bookings, the following policy applies to reservations involving more than two cabins:
For any booking of 3 or more cabins, a $50 per cabin non-refundable planning deposit will be required prior to research, pricing, and group coordination.
This deposit will be applied in one of the following ways:
Credited toward your cruise deposit at the time of booking, or
Provided as non-refundable onboard credit once your reservation is confirmed
Confirmation Timeline
Once your customized options and pricing are presented, you will have 48 hours to confirm and move forward with your booking. After this time, the planning deposit is forfeited, and updated pricing/availability may need to be requoted.
Why this policy exists
Planning group travel requires a significant investment of time, coordination, and expertise—from securing inventory and pricing to managing multiple travelers and preferences. This policy allows me to dedicate focused attention to clients who are actively ready to book, while maintaining fair access to my services for everyone.
